Resort Policy

• Check-in: 3 p.m. / Check-out: 11 a.m. Late checkout is at the management’s discretion and subject to availability.

• The person in whose name the reservation was made must be 21 years of age to check in. He/she must be willing to accept responsibility for the actions of all room occupants.
• Ages for reservations:
  • 0 to 4 years are considered Infants
  • 5 to 11 years are considered Minors
  • 12-17 years are considered Teens
• Under Mexican law, the minimum age for the consumption of alcoholic beverages is 18.
• An extra person charge applies for any additional person arriving at check in and whose name does not in appear in the original booking confirmation.
• Payment methods accepted at the resort: Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
• A credit card is required to cover incidental charges and purchases you make during your stay and a deposit of US$400 will be applied to your credit card at check-in as a guarantee. This apples for all reservations.
• When staying at any resort in this destination, please note that all reservations are subject to the payment of a state environmental tax (non-negotiable) known as “Green Tax". The cost of this tax varies depending on the type of room. The tax is charged in Mexican pesos per room per night payable directly at the hotel reception at the time of check in. Said tax will be registered in your consumption bill. Please be aware that this tax is subject to change yearly as it is determined by the government.
• Official ID – a valid passport for international visitors and/or the INE card for Mexican guests – must be shown for check-in and registration.
• Extra beds are not available.
• Royal Uno is not designed to be a pet-friendly resort and animals are not permitted.
• Royal Uno is a no smoking resort. Smoking is only permitted in certain designated areas. It is prohibited in rooms and indoor areas.
• Cribs are available, prior request needed (subject to availability).
• Children must be four years old for admission to Uno Kids and to participate in kids club activities.
• Download the Royal Uno app for information on restaurants and bars, wellness experiences, daily activities and evening entertainment, the Kids Club program and much more.
• High speed Wi-Fi is available in your room and throughout the resort.
• Your room has an electronic safe for storing jewelry, cash, passports, laptops and other valuables.
• Tours, water sports, Alea® Spa and beauty salon treatments, gift shop purchases, wedding and event coordination are not included in the Royal Uno All-inclusive package and are charged separately.
